This office does not accept emailed or paper copies of documents. All documents must be uploaded to Bankruptcy Documents.

Registering with Bankruptcy Documents

If you do not have a Bankruptcy Documents account, you must first create a filer account at the Account Registration page. Shortly after registering, you should receive a validation email. The activation link in the email will complete your account setup.

If you already have a Bankruptcy Documents account with another trustee, you do not need to create a second account. You only need to register with my office. Once we have reviewed your registration, you will receive an email that your registration has been approved and you can begin uploading documents.

Document Uploading Guidelines

All documents must be filed no later than one week prior to the meeting of creditors to ensure our staff has time to review everything.

Documents uploaded within 2 business days of the 341 meeting will not be considered "received" at the meeting. We will review those documents after the 341 meeting.
If you have questions regarding what documents were received, please contact your case administrator.
Create a new folder for each case. Folders should be titled with the case number and debtor's last name.
Upload documents as individual, specifically named PDFs (e.g., " Wells Fargo Bank Statements Acct #9889).
We will not accept documents uploaded for a case if they are scanned in and uploaded as a single PDF.

To upload documents to Bankruptcy Documents, log in and select Pamela Simmons-Beasley as the Trustee. Then simply drag and drop the document, enter the case number, select the document's type, and verify that you have redacted.

Please DO NOT upload any documents that contain personally identifiable information that has not already been approved for upload. This includes, but not limited to, the following:

Social Security Card
Passport
Driver's License
Banking information

Please contact our office for a secure link to upload these documents.

Documents Required Prior to Confirmation

Please note that we no longer require the debtors' most recent pay stub or bank statements that include the date of the filing of the petition. We reserve the right to request these documents when circumstances so warrant.

The list below includes the documents generally required in most bankruptcy cases. It is not exhaustive and may change from time to time. The Trustee may ask for additional documents, depending on the Debtor's circumstances, or may waive a requirement under exceptional circumstances:

Tax return for prior year or affidavit, if not required to file.

Wage order authorization, if wage order is to be issued.
Child support certification stating that debtor is current up to date of confirmation, if there is a domestic support claim-must include a certificate of service indicating that DSO.

Any other documents which the trustee may request.
